Product Description

Fully Automatic Cotton Bud Making Machine uses PLC control process and utilizes the open hot-air drying technology to dry moisture during its operation. It inhales sealable film on the bottom to the mould. After cotton bud are transferred into mould, the heater seals films on the bottom and the top. The cutting knife proceeds hole-making, automatic packing part finishes packing step. The machine operates a completed process from glue feeding, cotton breaking, moulding, drying to packing.

Using peristaltic pump to feed glue, ensure the best quality of this process.
One period hot-air drying technology controls the humidity under 6%.
Automatic positioning function of mould, no need to adjust.
Automatic forming function of Mould creates gorgeous appearance for cotton bud, help to avoid the lack of cotton ball.
Computer automatic counts and tracks the speed, no need to adjust.
